Vacancy:

As a Senior Consultant at Merino, you will be responsible for implementing the Infor LN ERP system for customers in the USA. You will work with stakeholders on all company levels. A Merino project team typically consists of 2 to 10 people. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Implementing Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Finance, etc. modules and processes of Infor LN 
• Leading customer workshops, gathering functional requirements within the logistics processes  
• Conducting gap analysis in the solution available to the customers’ needs 
• Documenting and describing business processes and functional design 

• Configuring the Infor LN modules and Infor CloudSuite applications 
• Specifying tasks for the development team 
• Testing provided developments in accordance with functional requirements 
• Guiding customers in implementing solutions 
• Leading training sessions for customers 

• Providing technical support for customers 
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure providing the best solution to the customer 

Job Requirements 

We are looking for a results-oriented team player with knowledge of Infor LN or other ERP systems.  

To be successful in this role, you need to have: 

• 5+ years of experience in implementing Infor LN (or other ERP systems) 
• In-depth knowledge of the processes in one of the areas (manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, purchase, sales, etc) 
• Industry knowledge (e.g., Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Machinery) is a strong plus 
• Experience being involved in the ERP implementation or upgrade process from the start to Go Live 
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Logistics, or Business (Bachelor or Master’s) 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience in conducting trainings 
• Possibility to frequently travel for work purposes, including travel to Europe 
• Ability to work in provided frameworks under strict deadlines 
• Understanding of project methodologies such as Agile and Scrum is a plus 

• Organisational and cultural awareness 
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
