As Merino Consulting Services BV knowledge force opened its doors at the beginning of September, we welcomed our Infor LN trainees – Cagil, Maria, and Vasilis. They are coming from different backgrounds and bring their knowledge and experience to the Merino Academy. In 3 months from now, they will be assisting on Merino projects, and afterward will be independent consultants on Merino projects. Here are the future consultants of Merino that will facilitate the next future enterprises with us:
Cagil Kazancioglu
“I am 26 years old and originally from Turkey, but I moved to the Netherlands a year ago to receive my Master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University. Since I moved to Tilburg, I have been having a great time exploring the city and the rest of the Netherlands. In my free time, I like to watch English football and war movies, but also enjoy gaming nights with the boys. I possess a strong interest in software and technology. I also consider myself to be an excellent listener and a lifelong learner. These factors, among others, motivated me to join Merino as a consultant and work with businesses in sectors that interest me. I am very excited about the journey ahead!”
Maria Cristea
“I am 23 years old, and I am originally from Romania. I moved to the Netherlands, all by myself, four years ago to pursue my studies and I am proud to say I made it successfully. I am a very curious person, and I like to explore new opportunities, both personally and professionally. That’s how I decided I want to try this new path in my career as a consultant. Joining Merino Consulting Services sounds very exciting to me, and I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds. Except being very passionate about working and learning new things, I also like to enjoy my free time having coffee dates with my friends and discovering different food cultures.”
Vasilis Belianis
“I am from Greece, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and Technology, and previous professional experience in finance and retail. I relocated to the Netherlands, where I recently earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus university. During my Master’s program, I attended classes in management consulting and learned more about how to address and solve challenging organizational issues. As an individual, who is enthusiastic about consulting, technology, and innovation, I made the decision to join Merino Consulting Services B.V. in the trainee position. In this way, I will get the opportunity to employ the knowledge and skills that I had acquired in school in the real-world consultancy environment. In my leisure time, I like to travel, read, exercise, and spend time with friends and family.”
